To exchange an item that was sent incorrectly, damaged or defective; have your item number and invoice number ready when you phone our Customer Service Department.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item name, color, size, etc.

A new item(s) will be shipped to you at no charge with free freight. You will then pay your invoice as is or as your Customer Service Representaive directs you.
